Efforts are currently underway to restore these databases, but due to strong encryption, the process of refactoring is taking some time. Update - All services confirmed restored. Some customers with a special setup or fresh database connections created shortly before the error occurred need to be provisioned manually. Technicians work through the night to go through this and ensure that all services are operational as quickly as possible and before the working day begins. You as a customer do not have to do anything yourself. We have temporarily disabled access to web hosting on virtual machines for those concerned, so that we avoid double file changes while the error correction is in progress. We expect the next update to be the final one on this incident.
